+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1899334 +++

Description of problem:

The configuration includes a default username and password even though they are not used. These should be removed from the conf

Acceptance Criteria:

- remove username/password everywhere from generated fluent conf
- Validate logs can be written to Elasticsearch using mTLS without username/password

This bz exists to satisfy backport but was fixed in https://github.com/openshift/cluster-logging-operator/pull/793 as part of another task
