Description of problem:

for upcoming rhel releases, we need to store the context of modules within a host's modularty profile.   sub-man appears to be uploading it, but we aren't storing it.

This doesn't really have any user facing consequences today, is a backend change

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/31842 has been resolved.
