Description of problem:
libguac-client-kubernetes-1.2.0-2.fc33 fails to install
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libwebsockets.so.16 needed by libguac-client-kubernetes-1.2.0-2.fc33.i686
  - nothing provides libwebsockets.so.16()(64bit) needed by libguac-client-kubernetes-1.2.0-2.fc33.x86_64

Fedora 33's libwebsockets-4.1.2-1.fc33 provides /usr/lib64/libwebsockets.so.17

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libguac-client-kubernetes-1.2.0-2.fc33.i686
libguac-client-kubernetes-1.2.0-2.fc33.x86_64

Could be marked as duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1878395, but it does apply to Fedora 33 as well.

Tested on Fedora 33 by enabling fedora-updates-testing.repo
It appears that the issue may be resolved in that libguac-client-kubernetes installs successfully.
