Description of problem:

A cluster admin is able to go to dev tools in Kibana and request mapping information of individual index fields but unable to pull complete mapping in a single request. There is a PR to enable it:

It is in fact backport of https://github.com/openshift/origin-aggregated-logging/pull/2021 from master to 4.6
