This issue is present since Satellite 6.9 snap 1.
The workaround should be running the installer with --foreman-proxy-plugin-ansible-manage-runner-repo false
Verified Verified with: - Satellite 6.9.0 snap 7 Test steps: - Install Satellite 6.9.0 snap 7 - Check if any epel repo is enabled after satellite installation. Observation: - No epel repo is enabled.
