Description of problem:
The statsd package in F33 and F34 doesn't seem to have made it into EPEL8/CentOS 8, but 0.7.2 is present in CentOS 7.

This might be related to the change in upstream repo from 0.7.2 to 0.8.6? It would be much appreciated if the package could be "brought forward" into the new version.

auditd can now sense performance information to a statsd instance. I would also like to see the 8.6 version in epel8. Is there any way to move this forward?
