Description fujiwara 2020-12-02 09:28:27 UTC
Currently the default input source is kkc in gnome-desktop/libgnome-desktop/default-input-sources.h and I request to change kkc to anthy since kkc has been delayed to move gsettings migrations and etc for many years.

ibus-anthy depends on anthy but anthy is no longer updated.
I got the agreement with the original anthy developers and has been forked it to anthy-unicode.

Could you please integrate gnome-desktop-40.alpha.0 to have this fix?

The upstream request has been merged and gnome-desktop-40.alpha.0 has the change but not gnome-desktop3-3.38.3 .

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 34 development cycle.
Changing version to 34.
