This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Without this patch trace output wont be separate from stderr output for Bash 5 or higher.

Bash 5 has already been released: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bash/2019-01/msg00063.html but is not in RHEL8 yet.
