Describe the issue:
There is no document or information about Kourier, although it is included in release note (https://developers.redhat.com/blog/2020/06/30/kourier-a-lightweight-knative-serving-ingress/)

OpenShift Serverless supports only insecure or edge-terminated routes. To support TLS reencryption, one usually turns to Istio. Since Kourier is the light weight alternative to Istio, I hope I can set up knative to use Kourier for TLS reencryption. But I can not find any document and sample from the document.
