Description Christian Marineau 2020-12-03 22:22:04 UTC
Description of problem:
A common cause of an over-utilization graph is when a customer is not correctly providing the mapping between hypervisor and their guest VMs.

Expected results:
We should detect if 1 or more VDC Subscription is present on the account.
Verify if any data related to guest-mapping has been recently provided.
Raise a Warning in the UI when no guest-mapping (or outdated) data is provided.
