CU is facing the same issue in cluster version 4.6.4.

tar: *restore-etcd-pod/pod.yaml: Not found in archive
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
restore-etcd-pod/pod.yaml does not exist in /home/core/backup/static_kuberesources_20210729220001.tar.gz
