New error is: nothing provides qemu-chardev-spice(x86-64) = 2:5.2.0-2.fc34 needed by qemu-ui-spice-app-2:5.2.0-2.fc34.x86_64
I very much hope this is all fixed in qemu-5.2.0-4.fc34.
