Description of problem:
https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/6979/files introduced a new file QuickStartPanelContent.tsx but it incorrectly imports QuickStartDrawer.scss instead of QuickStartPanelContent.scss.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a quick start

Actual results:
no sticky header

duration is not an inline-block and therefore breaks mid word

Expected results:
sticky header

"10 minutes" should break as a single block

Verified on 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-10-070949 with Microsoft Edge browser.
