Description of problem:
By default the developer console comes with ConfigMaps and Secrets pinned to the main navigation.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. from a fresh install go to dev perspective
2. go to Search page
3. search for config maps and secrets
4. click the pin to navigation buttons

Actual results:
Duplicate nav options are visible for ConfigMap and Secrets

Expected results:
The user should not be able to pin these multiple times. The search page should show the buttons which remove the pinned items.
