Description of problem: Helm endpoints depends on Helm 3.2.1, but it should depend on 3.4.x As a part of OpenShift 4.7, Helm CLI 3.4.x is going to be available from mirror.openshift.com for download. In order to keep both CLI and UI Helm versions in sync, we should update the console backend to use Helm 3.4.x
Changes made in the PR aren't visible for UI for testing, so would not require any UI testing for this. Rather testing team can clone the console project and fetch all the dependencies to validate which helm version is being used.
Actually the version of helm released (and already available at mirror.openshift.com) is v3.5.0.
As per suggestion from akshinde I've checked the console's dependencies (assuming and looking into `release-4.7` branch of https://github.com/openshift/console): https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/release-4.7/vendor/modules.txt#L509 = `# helm.sh/helm/v3 v3.5.0` https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/release-4.7/vendor/helm.sh/helm/v3/internal/version/version.go#L32 = `version = "v3.5"`
