Description of problem:

Topology is very sluggish. Using the react dev-tools reveals that topology nodes along with the filter bar is constantly re-rendering

How reproducible:

always


Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to dev-console and select a namespace with lots of nodes or create many nodes
2. try to move nodes around and observe the lag
3. open the react dev tools to highlight updates and observe the many updates

Actual results:

sluggish interactivity


Expected results:

Smooth interactivity
