Description of problem:

At mobile resolutions the shortcuts take up a lot of space.

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login at mobile resolution
2. navigate to topology graph view for a project with workloads

Actual results:

Shortcuts option takes up a lot of space

Expected results:

shortcuts option should be hidden
