Description of problem:
Getting missing i18n missing key errors.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
1. on add page getting missing i18n error for Add Pipeline card description
2. on Topology page getting missing i18n error for Knative resource actions

Actual results:
getting missing i18n error

Expected results:
Should not get missing i18n error for any pages

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
always

Verified on 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-10-070949 with Firefox and Edge browser.
