Description of problem:
Install tour of OCS not available. It should be available as part of OCP 4.7

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to quickstarts from top right corner help menu
2. No quickstart for OCS install tour is there

Actual results:
No install tour for OCS present


Expected results:
Install Tour for OCS should be there

I checked with 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-12-18-031435, OCS installation tour is present on the Quick Starts page.
