Description of problem:
In 4.7 OVS daemonset is removed so we need must-gather to acquire the data 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Get a oc adm must-gather gather_network_logs

Actual results:
ovs logs are in network_logs

Expected results:
ovs logs are in host_service_logs
