Similar problem has been detected:

multiple bugs from gnome abrt have dissapeard following a major freeze up
i have installed widows 10 in gnome-boxes and the computer froze  up shortly after anding visual studio code and the C# plugin. also the missing bugs were from a previous account on the computer, in the other account gnome boxes starts for 10 mseconds then it crashes and the connection to retrace.fedoraproject.org times out and then i create a trace loacally then in both gnome-abrt and abrt-cli it says bug was not reported sucsessfully.
