Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Role Binding page and select all project
2. Click Create Binding button
3.

Actual results:
The subject type and name are undefined

Expected results:
The subject type and name should be set to default

Additional info:

This happens when All projects is selected only.

1. Goto Role Binding page and select 'All Projects'
2. Click 'Create Binding' button, 'Create Role Binding' form set Subject type as User and Subject Name is blank
