Cause: There were ' in various strings. Consequence: This is inconsistent with the rest of console. Fix: Removed ' in favor of actual character usage. Result: Bug is fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at strings.

Actual results:
There is an '.

Expected results:
There should be an apostraphe.

Checked on ocp 4.7 BM cluster with payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-06-160219, on BMH page there is no "&apos" in string now.
