Cause: The Operator Lifecycle Manager's Kubernetes dependencies were not at 1.20 Consequence: The Operator Lifecycle Manager cannot take advantage of new features introduced in Kubernetes 1.20. Fix: Bump the Operator Lifecycle Manager's Kubernetes dependencies to 1.20. Result: The Operator Lifecycle Manager can now take advantage of new features introduced in Kubernetes 1.20.

OLM currently does not use the latest release kubernetes dependencies.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-manager/blob/master/go.mod and inspect the kubernetes dependency versions

Actual results:
Currently at 0.19.3

Expected results:
Expected version 0.20.0

https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-manager/blob/master/go.mod#L44-L51 has 0.20.0 as expected, marking as VERIFIED.
