Description of problem:
Nothing happen by clicking the button 'Clone Virtual Machine'.

OCP 4.7 or master

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM 
2. Go to clone the VM by clicking button 'Clone Virtual Machine'.
3.

Actual results:
Nothing happen

Expected results:
VM clone modal is opening up.
