Steps:
# rpm -ql ovirt-engine-restapi | grep validation-api
# rpm -ql ovirt-engine-backend | grep validation-api
# rpm -ql ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal | grep validation-api

Results:
No validation-api file find in any of above queries
