Description of problem:
When on the bottom item and you press the down arrow loop backs to the top but when on the top item and you press the up arrow, it doesnt loop back to the bottom. 

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on Quick Search button
2Search for an item
3.Use arrow up and down keys to change selected item

Actual results:
when on the top item and you press the up arrow, it doesnt loop back to the bottom.

Expected results:
when on the top item and you press the up arrow, it should loop back to the bottom.
