This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 34 development cycle.
Changing version to 34.

Per https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/4OMGU5X2W4IHXSEYYJDLRGZRVSE5KDAV/ the aarch64 tracker should not be used anymore. Also, adding FutureFeature to keep this pinned to Rawhide.
