What should the [ENVIRONMENT_FILE] argument be -- should this be the same list of environment files that are passed to the "overcloud deploy" command, or something else? Waiting to validate on queens. Also, the -e is deprecated since at least newton as per the doc [1], --update-plan-only is mandatory if we updated the templates since the last deploy though.
