Description of problem: Currently the "Using MySQL or PostgreSQL for the Hive Metastore" section from the OpenShift Metering documentation [1] does not outline specific database releases known to work for the Hive metastore. As there are two Bugzillas regarding this issue [2], [3], this seems to be well known but customers are not aware and will most likely pick more recent databases causing issues.
