Description of problem: Currently the quick start work does not support all of the places that it needs to. We also cannot be using the guided tour ones; they are internal and are subject to change without notice – whereas quick start ones will be public and should not change. Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): Install a quick start if one is not already there. ie serverless install quick start This is an example of a link you can update into a Quick Start YAML to get it to appear. [<linkLabel>]{{highlight tour-perspective-dropdown}} Steps to Reproduce Add a link (if needed) Click on the link, see it highlight the UI Actual results: Can only target Guided Tour items today Expected results: Should be able to catch all of these items: 1. Perspective Switcher 2. Primary navigation items in Administrator and Developer perspectives 3. Masthead items (Application launcher, Notification bell, Import YAML, & Help icon) Should NOT use guided tour... make a new attribute and a new label. Preferrabally starting with `qs-` for quick start (ie `qs-perspective-switcher`) Additional info: Intentional bug to follow up on missed feature aspects. See PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/7281 for initial implementation.
