Description of problem:
When tried to upgrade rhcs 4.x to 5.x using ceph-ansible rolling update playbook, playbook is failing in task TASK [create potentially missing keys (rbd and rbd-mirror)] saying  Could not find imported module support code for ceph_key.  Looked for either container_exec.py or ca_common.py

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -qa|grep ansible
ceph-ansible-6.0.0-0.1.alpha3.el8cp.noarch
ansible-2.9.16-1.el8ae.noarch


How reproducible:
Tried once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure RHCS 4.x cluster
2. Upgrade to RHCS 5.x using rilling-update playbook


Actual results:
fatal: [pluto002]: FAILED! =>
  msg: Could not find imported module support code for ceph_key.  Looked for either container_exec.py or ca_common.py


Expected results:
Cluster must get updated to 5.x

Working fine with ceph-ansible-6.0.0-0.1.alpha4.el8cp.noarch
