Describe the issue:

Checked the IBM Power [1] and IBM Z and they need all the changes(whichever is applicable) outlined in 

 Bug 1901806, Bug 1910129 and Bug 1910381

Some of the major ones are

IBM Power [1] and IBM Z [2]:

1. Move "Delete the namespace and wait till the deletion is complete. " after the encryption step

2. [IBM Z} - The link to "Removing local storage operator configurations." should take us to the section in the same doc and not to AWS

3. The LSO section for Disk Type has some new changes. better to add it to IBM Power & Z too
