Description of problem:
Translation for Pipeline status and breadcrumb text is missing.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Install Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines Operator

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the Pipeline page and add these params to the URL `?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en`
2. Start the pipeline if not started any
3. See the status in `Last run status` column
4. Navigate to the Pipeline details page
5. See the breadcrumbs

Actual results:
Status and breadcrumbs text is not translated

Expected results:
Status and breadcrumbs text should be translated

always
