With this update, the telemetry healthchecks have been made more robust and the way the healthchecks are parsed has been simplified. + To get verbose mode when you run the healthcheck directly, run the command `sudo podman -u root -e "HEALTHCHECK_DEBUG=1" <container> /openstack/healthcheck`

Healthcheck scripts for telemetry related services are in failed state on Director node.
