Description of problem:
the git ops icon has a watermark "create by erin agnoli from the noun project".

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
install the git ops operator

Steps to Reproduce
1. go to gitops page: /applicationstages
2. or open icon directly in github https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/master/frontend/packages/dev-console/src/images/gitops.svg

Actual results:
empty state icon with water mark

Expected results:
no watermark on icon

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
always

Verified on 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-10-070949 with Chrome.
