Created attachment 1744164 [details] pidgin backtrace log failure occurred with mesa-20.3.2-1.fc33 packages from updates-testing
Without rebooting, holding back mesa-vulkan-drivers-20.2.6-1.fc33.x86_64 but upgrading the remaining mesa packages to mesa-20.3.2-1.fc33 seems to allow pidgin to work properly
Same here. Latest update from updates-testing broke things. Downgraded mesa-vulkan-drivers-20.3.2-1.fc33.x86_64 to mesa-vulkan-drivers-20.2.6-1.fc33.x86_64 and it works again.
For this I also found an issue filed against mesa (mesa-libGLU currently): https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1912159
Good catch, I have downgraded to mesa-vulkan-drivers-20.2.2-1.fc34.x86_64 and Pidgin works.
