Description of problem:
Event logs for starting/finishing the SwitchMasterStorageDomainCommand should be added.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch the master storage domain using the REST API command:
/ovirt-engine/api/datacenters/<dc_id>/setmaster

<action>
    <storage_domain id="sd_id"/>
</action>

Actual results:
No event logs

Expected results:
Event logs should be added

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.5 release, published on March 18th 2021.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.5 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
