Add another prerequisite to check for supported version combinations to the Prerequisites module. See [Installing a cluster quickly on RHV - Installing on RHV | Installing | OpenShift Container Platform 4.6](https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.6/installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-default.html#prerequisites)

Section Number and Name:
Prerequisites

Describe the issue:

The prerequisite to check that you are running compatible versions appears in the "Verifying the requirements for the RHV environment" topic, but not in the "Prerequisites" topic.

The prerequisite reads "Confirm that version 4.6 of OpenShift Container Platform and the version of RHV you noted are one of the supported combinations in the Support Matrix for OpenShift Container Platform on RHV."

Suggestions for improvement:
Add it to the Prerequisites topic.

Additional information:

Copy prereq from
modules/installing-rhv-verifying-rhv-environment.adoc
to
installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-default.adoc

Same add this prerequisite to the Prerequisites section in these two files:
installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-customizations.adoc
installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-user-infra.adoc

A prerequisites list should be kept lean, clean, and easy to read

I suggest adding only the link to the compatibility matrix in the Prerequisites section, and saying that one must chaeck the matrix for compatibility:
"You have a supported combination of versions in the Support Matrix for OpenShift Container Platform on RHV." (https://access.redhat.com/articles/5485861)

the entire chapter "Installing a Cluster quickly on RHV" (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.8/installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-default.html)
is basically a list of requirements and steps to verify them...

- The link to the matrix can also be added to the chapter "Installing a cluster on RHV with customizations" (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.8/installing/installing_rhv/installing-rhv-customizations.html#prerequisites)

- The chapter "Installing a cluster on RHV with user-provisioned infrastructure" already contains the link to the matrix in the Prerequisites.

received ack/lgtm from Gal Z.
needs QE ack
and then final peer review from OCP peer review team
