Description sdasu 2021-01-07 13:16:33 UTC
Description of problem:
CBO can be updated to use more existing libraries. In some places, the use of these libraries replaces custom code that has been written and in other places, use of other libraries allows for higher order operations that are more succinct than the ones currently in use.
