Description of problem:
Task selection dropdown in the pipeline builder contains unsorted list of items.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to pipeline builder, click on the `Select Task` dropdown

Actual results:
Clustertask are not sorted.

Expected results:
clustertasks should be a sorted list.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
Always
