i run ocs4.5 with latest must-gather:4.6
oc get csv
NAME                         DISPLAY                       VERSION        REPLACES   PHASE
ocs-operator.v4.5.2-146.ci   OpenShift Container Storage   4.5.2-146.ci              Succeeded

oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-must-gather:latest-4.6

logs has been collected, but i sew this error with helper pod during run:

no, in-fact this the problem the patch. should fix. 
Looking at the logs this is not a secret issue it looks like helper pod was deployed because of some other reason.
was the setup in good state?
Can you test the must-gather image in live setup.
