Description of problem:
new Request For Enhancement regarding prometheus configuration in ceph-ansible.
In order to forward metrics data from prometheus we need to configure the remote_write section in our /etc/prometheus/prometheus.yml file.

As prometheus.yml is managed directly by ceph-ansible, we would like to configure the remote_write option directly in the group_vars.
If we cannot do it directly using ceph-ansible, every single time our cluster is updated or ceph-ansible is executed our remote_write configuration will be overwritten.
