$  oc project admtest
Now using project "admtest" on server "https://api.kewang236x.qe.devcluster.openshift.com:6443".

$ oc get csv

advanced-cluster-management.v2.1.2   Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes   2.1.2     advanced-cluster-management.v2.1.0   Succeeded

$ oc get MultiClusterHub

multiclusterhub   Running   30m

After deleted advanced-cluster-management from web-console,

$ oc get csv
No resources found in admtest namespace.

Observe the alerts, not see AggregatedAPIDown alert firing.
