This should already be fixed in 4.13.3-1.fc34. Closing this bug as a duplicate of bug 1915928

I am still not getting this via yum update.
But downloading by hands and installing with
--nodeps helps, thanks.

Any updates to Rawhide aren't placed onto mirrors until there is a successful Rawhide compose. There is nothing maintainers can do after Bodhi did submit a request to stable.

Quite sad, as such a big breakers as
this one, should have some short-cut IMHO.
