Description of problem:

kio-gdrive needs kaccounts-providers to work

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install kio-gdrive
2. Open Dolphin and go to Network > Google Drive > New Account
3. Click Add new Account

Actual results:
List does not offer Google account

Expected results:
List offers Google account
