Hello Fabian,

I have opened PR to update python-aresponses to the latest version 2.1.4. You can take a look at my PR here [0].

I would like to kindly ask you to not to push commits (eg. 3a5e90a, 79e82ac) to the dist-git which cause that package stops to build. We are currently rebuilding all python packages for testing with upcoming python 3.10, we are doing this for more than 3500 packages [1]. Every time when new commit lands in dist-git, a new rebuild is triggered in COPR repository for given package [2]. If the build fails(see [3] for 3a5e90a and [4] for 79e82ac) we have to manually evaluate why is it happening and it adds us more work when it is caused just due to commit that does not build. It would be really helpful if you run `fedpkg mockbuild` before committing to dist-git to test whether package builds beforehand. If the package fails to build feel free to ask me, mhroncok or other members of python-sig for a review. We will be glad to help.

Thank you for your cooperation!

This is a mass-posted update. Sorry if it is not 100% accurate to this bugzilla.

The Python 3.10 rebuild is in progress in a Koji side tag. If you manage to fix the problem, please commit the fix in the rawhide branch, but don't build the package in regular rawhide.

You can either build the package in the side tag, with:

    $ fedpkg build --target=f35-python

Or you can the build and we will eventually build it for you.

Note that the rebuild is still in progress, so not all (build) dependencies of this package might be available right away.

Thanks.

If you have general questions about the rebuild, please use this mailing list thread: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/G47SGOYIQLRDTWGOSLSWERZSSHXDEDH5/

The f35-python side tag has been merged to Rawhide. From now on, build as you would normally build.
