I have added 2 OLM operators using web UI and file config/olm_operators.json appeared

[{"name":"awx-resource-operator.default","version":"v0.1.0"},{"name":"kube-arangodb.default","version":"v1.0.1"}]

verified on  4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-28-081708
