* Update https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/16.1/html/advanced_overcloud_customization/storage_configuration#sect-Config_max_disk_devices_to_attach to use the new heat parameter, `NovaMaxDiskDevicesToAttach`.

* Ensure `NovaMaxDiskDevicesToAttach` is added to the Overcloud Parameters guide.
