Capitalization on PLR details page

How reproducible:
Go to PLR details page

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Pipelines section
2.Go to details page of any pipeline Run

Actual results:
Pipeline Run should be capitalized.

Expected results:
Pipeline run is in small
